Papà is the family's second restaurant, or side bar. Just around the corner from Italiano at Riddargatan 9.
First opened in 2009 by Marsel and Toto. To honor Italiano's founder Marsel's father Angelo, we chose to name the restaurant Papá, which in Italian means father.
In 2022, Papá underwent a facelift. But it's much of the same. With Vincenzo holding the reins, the vibe and atmosphere that we love is buzzing as always. Enjoyable and charming with pleasant music and sometimes a little playful, with simple well-cooked food and good drinking.

Chef Marco Baudone
Chef Marco has 30 years of experience in the industry and has worked both as a chef and as a restaurant owner. He has come a long way; trained by star chefs Gualtiero Marchesi in Milan, Guy Savoy and Pierre Gagnaire in Paris. He has worked as sous chef at Operakällaren and several years with the F12 group during Melker's time where he was a partner at La Rouge.
Chef Marco describes the menu at Papà as simple, well-cooked Italian food with a mix of classic dishes and some elements of street food.
